Security is foundational to Reachly, operated by Skybin AI Ventures Private Limited. This page summarizes controls we apply today. It is not a guarantee of absolute security and may evolve as the product grows.

Encryption

Traffic to Reachly is protected in transit with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard cloud encryption where available.

Authentication

Passwords are stored using modern one-way hashing. Sessions use secure cookies. Where enabled, we support additional authentication options and encourage strong unique passwords.

Infrastructure

Reachly runs on cloud infrastructure with environment isolation, least-privilege access, and regular backups. Production access is limited to authorized personnel.

Payments

Card data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. Reachly does not store full card numbers on our servers.

AI Providers

Generation requests are sent to enterprise inference providers under contractual terms. We do not use your account content to train foundation models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Vulnerability Reporting

Please responsibly disclose security issues to security@reachly.in. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and remediate. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours.
